Your order should take 3-5 working days* and includes tracking. Delivery costs $10 on all deliveries under $180 and $10 to rural addresses under $180.

We currently ship to NZ and Australia only. If you would like to place an order to be delivered internationally please contact us at shell@arc-atelier.com 

Returns Policy

We always hope that you’re 100% happy with your Arc candles. As our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans each one differs, so your product may look slightly different than the photos on the website. Our natural fragrance oils also may vary dependent on the time of season in which they were harvested, there can be variations in colouration and scent.  

We do encourage you to see beauty in small imperfections as that is what makes each piece so unique.

However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, please email us on shell@arc-atelier.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we can look into the issue for you. All items must be returned unused, unaltered in original packaging. The cost of shipping to return the item must be covered by you.
