Arc Atelier is a boutique brand of contemporary design for modern, considered living. Our design philosophy is to create long lasting objects through craftsmanship with a timeless sculptural expression.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), along with PayPal, ApplePay & GooglePay.

Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship to NZ and Australia only. If you would like to place an order to be delivered internationally, please contact us at shell@arc-atelier.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order should take 3-5 working days* and includes tracking. Delivery costs $10 for standard NZ and $16 to NZ Rural addresses and $NZ35 for Australian addresses.


Do you ship internationally?

If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside of NZ & Australia please contact us at shell@arc-atelier.com for a quote and we will do our best.


Can I cancel or edit my order?

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number at shell@arc-atelier.com. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.


How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email shell@arc-atelier.com and we'll help resolve your issue.


What are your return, refund, and exchange policies?

Should you wish to return or exchange your order, we're here to help. Please review our policy and email shell@arc-atelier.com with any questions.


Where are your products made? 

Our products are made from carefully selected artisans. Our candles are designed and hand-poured locally in Aotearoa, New Zealand & our glass vessels are hand-blown in Hebei Province, China.

Are your products cruelty free and vegan?

Yes!

Why does my candle wax colour differ from my last one?

Wax colour may vary according to the time of season the oil was harvested, this results in different colour oils which colour the wax.


Is your wax paraffin-free?

Yes.


Is your wick lead-free?

Yes.


What are your candles made of? 

Arc candles are made from a soy botanical wax.
